We have a satisfaction policy with all InvivoChem products.If you are not satisfied with our products, you may return or exchange any item within 30 days from the original purchase date, and refund will be processed after the product is returned. Please follow the below instructions when returning the products:

1) Please communicate with InvivoChem at sale@invivochem.com to obtain a Return/Exchange Authorization. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted. Any items returned to InvivoChem should be in the original packaging and in the same condition as originally purchased. 

2) Please inform us the tracking number and the purchase order number after shipping the package.

3) Refund will be processed upon receipt of the returned package, and it may take 7-14 business days for the fund to be returned to your credit card.
